On August 2nd, Ambassador Zheng Qingdian held a reception for Bangladesh Olympic delegation. General Moeen U Ahmed, Chief of Bangladesh Army Staff and Chairman of Bangladesh Olympics Committee, Mr. Akhtar Hamid Siddiqui, Deputy Speaker of Bangladesh Parliament, Major General Shakil Ahmed, Head of Bangladesh Olympic delegation, all delegation members and journalists from both sides attended the reception.

Chinese people are going all out for the preparations to welcome friends from all over the world with Green Olympics, Sci-Tech Olympics, and Humanistic Olympics and enhance the friendship with people from other countries. He wished Bangladesh athletes remarkable achievements in the games.
